MODEMS
A special DOCSIS Compliant Cable Modem is used to provide ABB high-speed Internet service. You may purchase these special modems from ABB for $75 or four monthly payments of $20. You may also lease it for $4 a month. (Leased modems can be replaced for free.) These modems have been tested and are sure to work with our service. DOCSIS compliant modems can be purchased elsewhere, but we cannot guarantee that they will work with our service. If in doubt, please email or call the our Customer Care Center for an answer to this question.
