Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has rules pertaining to the information that we have concerning the services we bill to you, know as Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI). This includes such things as the type and quantity of the services subscribed to, the equipment and facilities used, and the numbers, dates, times and duration of the calls you place. These rules are designed to protect the privacy of your telephone account information and were effective December 8, 2007.

In order to comply with these new rules, we are required by law to verify your identity when discussing your account either in person or over the telephone. All persons you authorize us to discuss your account with will also need to be verified.
